Welcome!

Welcome dear friend,

Through the records available on this website is that we will gladly report on the Lord’s work for which we have prepared to go and do, as well as provide our readers with valuable content for their edification, exhortation, and evangelistic efforts.

Garland Elkins, a beloved brother in Christ, a former instructor at Memphis School of Preaching, a great mentor and friend, but more than anything else, a faithful and humble servant of God wrote,

We are servants of Christ with the message of salvation that is both needed and vital. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek” (Romans 1:16). My role and responsibility as a Christian is, to the extent of my ability, to preach the gospel to every creature, and to be willing to do this with the sacrifice and dedication that this requires. Both the gospel message and the gospel messenger are important. We must preach the grace of God but also we must preach the necessity for all to obediently meet the requirements of that grace. In other words, we must obey the conditions of that grace: we must obey the gospel.

Garland Elkins, p. 182-183

Brother Elkins preached for more than 60 years during his life. He was certainly a doer of the word, and not a hearer only (James 1:22). The previous quote provides the reader with beautiful, simple, and powerful words of what is ought to be not only our goal, but our purpose in this life. We must never be ashamed of preaching God’s Word to the entire world. It is not an easy job. There will be people always willing to criticize, and destroy the work that is being performed. We are not to seek to please people, but to do the will and the work that our God commanded us to do. The apostle Paul wrote, «For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ» (Galatians 1:10).

Let us be the valiant soldiers of our God, remembering that «we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places» (Ephesians 6:12).

Time is approaching, and we are almost ready to return to Panama, with all our willingness to do our best to serve and glorify our heavenly Father in everything we do. We need you, and we want you to be part of this work, so please, continue following us, supporting us, encouraging us, and pray for us, keeping in mind that «the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much» (James 5:16).

Thank you, may God bless you in everything you do.

In brotherly love,
Marlon, Jacky & Jonathan.
